Most of the patients who receive our treatments feel an improvement; however, every individual is different hence there is no guarantee that you will feel a major improvement. Keep in mind symptoms could be from coexisting potential medical conditions. If an infusion is deemed unsuccessful (you don’t feel better after an infusion) we strongly recommend you speak to one of our referred team doctors.

In compliance with medical statute, a patient must demonstrate clinical sobriety in order to consent for elective medical treatment. A compulsory medical screening will be supplied and completed prior to the administration of any treatment of ours.

We, The IV & Wellness Institute, reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient deemed unstable as the treatment may cause an adverse effect, or who displays socially unacceptable behaviour, endangering with our staff and/or clients in the centre.
